What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy balancing technique that helps promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety through gentle touch. As Reiki practitioners, we use our hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support and promote healing.
What is Distance Reiki?
Distance Reiki is used to cross any distance in time or space. According to the ancient principle hermetic law of similarity, we are all connected. Instead of directly transferring Reiki energy through touch, we use our thoughts, our mind and our intentions to move energy into a client's spiritual, emotional, mental and physical well-being.
