However, incorporating mindfulness into our daily lives can be a challenge. This 30 day Mindful Living Challenge will take you on a journey of self-awareness. Giving you the tools to be able to develop a non-judgement attitude towards your life experiences. We often find ourselves lost in worry, regret or planning for the future, which can make it difficult to stay present. To overcome this, the daily actions in this challenge will help you learn to observe and confront your thoughts and emotions without getting caught up in them. This can help develop greater emotional resilience and a more positive outlook on life. Incorporating mindfulness into our lives can be a challenge but it is well worth the effort to reap the benefits and improve our overall well-being.
